    Dear,
    As per my bank sms my bank account statement has been dispatched via M&P from start of month Febuary, but my statement still not diliverd to me ie 24/02/2022, when I checked from M&P tracking ID, it was deleverd to someone not my relative nor I know him… As Bank statement is a confidential document and someone can use it in any manner. I think M&P loose his trust in my and my relatives eyes.

    Worst service i have faced because all other courier companies are delivering at my door step but M&P doesn’t.
    And every time when i take a delivery it will costs me extra 300 in travel.
    Just a waste of time and money.

    Your system need upgradation. I have sent some document on 1st July Friday under tracking id 321001880059 still not reached to designated place. Today these documents expired. No response from call center staff, pathetic service. This was my last, I will never use this option. Pakistan post is better than you.

    I’m a bit miffed with this M&P Courier location. I had scheduled a move for Sunday. Filled out the inventory assessment and received the confirmation email. It stated I would receive a call from a representative for any last minute changes or confirmation. (Never got a phone call). Day of move, I’m here at the designated time…no movers. I call, 3x and leave messages…it’s now been over 2 hours, no movers, no call back. We ended up moving the office ourselves.

    I called in to verify if my file had arrived as instructed last night. I found an error I had made in the proof. Keith, last night’s manager, asked me to call in after I email my correct copy and I wish I had not.
    A young lady at M&P Courier answered with the customary greeting but it went down from there when I requested the file name. She read me the first couple words… which my previous file was named but this time I had added the AVERY numbers to the file. When I asked her to read the complete file name – she bit my head off. SIR, WHAT IS THAT YOU WANT? My response was Young lady don’t talk like that to me – I only want the complete file name.” And she did it again… Let’s just say she was having a bad morning ~ and I cancelled my order.”
