@BenCalabretta @ZiplyFiber I'll wait until they acknowledge the issue. I refuse to do any more legwork for them. I've had enough fun troubleshooting their network for them. Only stay because there's no other ISP in Potlatch with decent bandwidth.

@Adman_NZ @CarmenCrincoli @ZiplyFiber This is awesome to know. Other than BITPL (backhoe-induced total packet loss) I haven't had any reason to contact Ziply support, but now I am optimistic about the next time something might go wrong.

just want to put this out there I've had @ZiplyFiber previously @FrontierCorp for like 8-10+ years, same 15Mb/s service, oh but the price seems to randomly go up, some months it charges $58.98 sometimes it'll randomly charge me like $90

@ZiplyFiber This is such bull crap. My Internet is in my garage where my router is it constantly loses signal I never have Internet when I need it I’m always having to call tech-support they treat me like I’m an idiot I have to basically do your job take the battery out reboot my router etc.

@Chead10 @Daniel_Rubino @ZiplyFiber If it's a neighborhood outage, well, that sucks. Sorry. There's also a chance though that there's bad ports in your neighborhood junction box apparently? I was having mediocre performance on one port and a Ziply tech swapped me to an open one (Frontier denied any problem).

@ZiplyFiber I was charged $9.99 a month after closing our account. Never told I would be charged additional fees or anything. Just a charge weeks after we moved out of the house. It is absurd!!!! We have constantly been out of service from your equipment,

@SQLAllFather @Adman_NZ @ZiplyFiber I'm on CenturyLink/Lumen. I've never really had service issues that have lasted longer than an hour or two, so I haven't had much problem in the way of service and support, but my expectations weren't high because Big National ISP.

@ZiplyFiber absolutely barn on one of the worst Internet services I have ever owned. The router constantly loses signal the technicians treat you like crap when you call like it’s your fault talk down to you and the service is expensive comparatively for the speed you get
