Hey @ZiplyFiber, your service status page is down (as is your login page), so none of the streaming services that require a TV sub are working.

I loved @ZiplyFiber when I had the service. But I have had the WORST experience dealing with customer service and billing dept. ): I closed my service in Sept. and still dealing with it today!

@ZiplyFiber = terrible service, a lack of follow up, supervisors who never return phones calls, and if they do they are very rude!

@ZiplyFiber never trust the guys in the phone - insist that a technician comes because they are the only ones that know anything and that you can make sure stuff is working before they leave

@ZiplyFiber My internet is not working today. I try to contact technical support I enter my phone number it says it found my phone number and then I get put on hold and then there's an automated recording in Spanish I don't speak Spanish.Oh and then it hangs up.

@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber So - we had Ziply “reprogram” our modem for “faster service” and a “lower price”. What actually happened was that they managed to shut down our modem, and now it’s down until we get a technician to come. Next week. This is the second time in a few months this has happened.

@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber Can you guys recommend a router that will work with my bonded DSL?I'm not sure what the problem is with my internet but maybe a better router will fix it I just don't know what kind. Thanks
