Really impressed with @ZiplyFiber Customer Service. Having some issues, got directly to a rep who offered to upgrade to better service for 25% less than what we were paying (from our Frontier days), & then got us to a helpful service tech. They will be out tomorrow am. 🎉

Just got @ZiplyFiber internet, it’s such bad internet lmao. Gonna cancel and just gonna order Comcast, and I waited basically two weeks to install..

@ZiplyFiber after spending an hour on hold..your agent just rudely hung up on me without providing any help. Absolutely terrible customer service!!

@BenCalabretta @ZiplyFiber I'll wait until they acknowledge the issue. I refuse to do any more legwork for them. I've had enough fun troubleshooting their network for them. Only stay because there's no other ISP in Potlatch with decent bandwidth.

@Adman_NZ @CarmenCrincoli @ZiplyFiber This is awesome to know. Other than BITPL (backhoe-induced total packet loss) I haven't had any reason to contact Ziply support, but now I am optimistic about the next time something might go wrong.

just want to put this out there I've had @ZiplyFiber previously @FrontierCorp for like 8-10+ years, same 15Mb/s service, oh but the price seems to randomly go up, some months it charges $58.98 sometimes it'll randomly charge me like $90
